It was only 14th place, but I guess that's not too bad for the big end of the year contest.

This picture is from Donna Dupree and Joshua Haynes' wedding, May 26, 2007. The wedding and reception were held at the Jarrell 1920 House in Juliette, Georgia.



In keeping with the WPJA rules there has been no Photoshop manipulation of this picture. The reception was in a white tent. I put an off-camera flash behind the musicians and lit the ceiling above and behind them. It was a relatively low tent and they were on a stage. I knelt on the ground to get an even lower angle and shot into my backlight. Just like shooting on white seamless paper in the studio.
